The blade-hub connection adopts a tight-fitting groove design, ensuring a smoother rotation of the wind turbine.
5.The housing is integrally cast with aluminum alloy using mold casting, coupled with custom bearing rotation, enhancing typhoon resistance and ensuring safe and reliable operation.
6.The blade and hub connections both adopt stainless steel anti-loosening nut fastening design, enhancing corrosion resistance while ensuring no loosening, thus guaranteeing the normal operation of the wind turbine.
7.The generator adopts a patented technology permanent magnet rotor AC generator, coupled with special stator design, effectively reducing generator resistance torque, thereby lowering the startup wind speed; meanwhile, the wind turbine and generator have excellent matching characteristics, ensuring the reliability of the unit's operation.
8.Automatic wind angle adjustment design using tail rudder rod + tail rudder plate, both made of stainless steel, with surface spray treatment, high mechanical strength, and durability.
9.Utilizes intelligent tracking technology for wind energy generation efficiency, effectively adjusting current and voltage, resulting in high power conversion efficiency.
10.Main unit and blade colors can be customized according to customer preferences. It can be widely used in various applications such as streetlight monitoring, landscape islands, residential use, and microgrid systems.
